Aberdeen-Fort William cycle in 24hrs :)

Joined: 30 Mar 2015 Posts: 1 Bike: | Hi, I'm just away to plan out my fund-raising challenge where I'll be attempting to cycle from Aberdeen to Fort William on a road bike in just one day :) Google suggests that it takes good 250km to cover that distance in a shortest way. I'll appreciate any insight of somebody who has done it or covered parts of it and would be keen to suggest what roads to take and which ones to avoid (due to heavy traffic etc.), how to plan it all etc.. Please come forward if you would like to take part or share your advice. Really looking forward to it :) Cheers Jan |
