cycling the canal from around milton keynes then south to Banbury. (grand union canal and south oxford canal)

Joined: 17 May 2010 Posts: 2 Bike: | A friend and i once cycled from oxford (home) to Banbury along the towpath and then jumped on the train home. We had a great time and am now thinking of something similar. Perhaps a train to milton keynes (ish) then north (gently) toward Rugby, an overnight stay in the tent followed by a short stint south to Banbury and then the train home. Anybody have some advice? Thanks very much in advance... Has anyone done this? Looks fun but would be grateful of any advice.. |
