Heyya...
av recently started cycling alot now... nd wondered if anyone wants to start doing a regular weekly bike ride to.. where ever... i want to get my average speed up and go further in a day and when i'm not out with other friends who like to cycle i would like to try and form a group who are dedicated to cycling.
I own a cheap mountain bike with dual suspension and am glad to go off road.. I live in the jarrow, south Tyneside area and am willing to go anywhere in tyne & wear or further if its a big thing we are doing.

leave your name and i'll PM u about dates, times, places etc..

Hi, just joined this forum etc. Wayne there is a group that meets monday - friday different areas in south shields. mondays 10am at temple park, you dont have to bring your own bike as they provide a bike, helmet gloves and drink water free of charge. This might interest you?
