I assume you've looked at the England cycle routes pages. I know the Sunderland to Pickering route isn't there, but you might get an idea of parts of the route from there. Otherwise, I suggest you have a look at the Sustrans North of England mapping, and try and piece it together. There is also a paper map of the route from Hartlepool south. That might be your absolute best bet.
