Novice to road cycling

Hey guys, I live in Earley, Reading and was wondering if anyone near the area is interested in showing me the basics and coming with me on a few routes as im new to this and very nervous about going out on the road alone?

My Profile 		If you dont find a cycle buddy here try local bike clubs (local CTC) or at your local bike shop (LBS).
or even search internet for cyclists in your area.
They are usually socialable and wont let you get lost. you can usually tell the serious speedsters from a mile off who will drop you and not consider comming back or waiting - avoid them.
