Hi, i am new to this website. I treid on my holiday trousers yesterday (Sun 18th Jul) and to say they were a little snug around the middle is an under statement! As i lead a sedentray lifestyle, i thought i had better do something about it!

I'm looking for cycling routes around Wheatley and the surrounding areas, if anyone has any they would like to share. Also happy to buddy up with someone else for ride.

Thanks in advance

Mark

there's a cracking 3 mile route from my house into town that takes a loop past Marks and Spencers.

I was in a very similar predicament to you, and was amazed to discover that a bigger pair of trousers worked a treat!

enough of that! - getting on a bike has made no end of difference to me. Feel better, sleep better, feel leaner (not enough yet) and generally more energy all round

go for it!

Check out the cycle route section as a number of routes are not to far from your area. Trips to Long Crendon, Ambrosden, Thame, Weston-On-The-Green and Chislehampton are a good place to start. Buy some OS maps and plan a few rides for yourself.

My Latest Route: Aug 2009 Abingdon to Long Crendon and Long Hanborough Loop.
