Just got back from my first proper run and just did 27 miles. Surprised how easy it was getting used to everything. How much have you been doing and when are the best times for you? |

I'll be heading out shortly for a longer ride than I've been doing in the last week, probably up baddesley way. In terms of times, don't think I mentioned it, I'm a student so timing is pretty much not an issue although having saying that I do work (can't do saturdays nor Tuesday this week). When are the best times for you? |
