Lincoln to York

Joined: 07 Mar 2011 Posts: 1 Bike: | National cycle route 1. This route goes from lincoln to Market Rasen, then through the (hilly) Lincolnshire wolds eventuually leading to the Humber Bridge. I have done the bit from Lincoln to Laceby (where I live, near grimsby)in 2010. The traffic volumes are very low on this route and I thoroughly enjoyed it. National cycle routes are marked on some Ordnance Survey maps. This year (2011) I am planning to do the bit between where I live and York. I appreciate that my reply might be a bit late, have you already done the ride - if so how was it? I am particularly interested in the bit between Humber Bridge & York. |
