Easy/quick/good/any cycle route from East Park Midlands Train station to Sutton Bonington

So I was wondering if anybody knew the best route to travel to get from the East Park Midlands train station to Sutton Bonington (preferably the Uni campus there, though I'm sure I can work it out... maybe!)
