Dicklelburgh bypass crossing

Joined: 19 Aug 2010 Posts: 2 Bike: | Hi all I'm going from Dickleburgh to Burston. Is it possible to follow the route of the old road that was interrupted by the bypass? I understand that if I dismount and cross as a pedestrian, then this is safer than the roundabout to the south. Thanks in anticipation |

However, I'm just looking at a leaflet called Diss Cycleways that I got from the Tourist Info Centre which has a route called "Local heritage route". There are two crossings shown over the bypass, one looks like the old road and the other may involve dismounting. I'm going to try it out over this Bank Hol weekend. Happy cycling! |
