I was away on Sunday. Was it a good run out? What was the route? Many partake or was it a quiet affair?

Not as much as I would like, did the Cyclone challenge 67 miles, and the Darlington 70 mile ride but thats about it, supposed to be doing the coast to coast 23rd 24th of july, but have ruptured a blood vessel in my thigh muscle while attempting to play footbal at a charity tournament so will have to see how i go! I'm not surprised you aint been out sounds like you've never had a second, Are you still hoping to ride to lancaster? Cheers John
