I am kinda new to this cycling lark, (about 1.5 yrs), but last summer did a 25 mile charity ride, since then, the bike has been parked in the Garage. I was wondering if there are any bike buddies out there, who would like to go for gentle to moderate bike ride?

Hi I have been cycling for quite a while but am only just making time to get backinto it, I live in Waltham Abbey and try to go out mist weekedn - often through the bike into my van and head off to pastures new.
