Cycle route from Ashfields to Derby

Joined: 18 Mar 2010 Posts: 1 Bike: | Hi, could anyone suggest any road routes from the Ashfieds area (near Mansfield) to Derby. I am going to begin cycling to work on a road bike and would like a nice route to cycle through. My knowledge of both areas is limited so any suggestions would be appreciated. I have recently followed a route on my sat nav which took me through the centre of Ilkeston. I found this route extremely busy with traffic and would definetly like to avoid. Many thanks Dan |
