I am looking for good resources (online/offline) for tips on riding techniques/training etc. My goal is to loose weight but don't want to bite off more than I can chew (a particuarly bad habit of mine)! Could anyone suggest some gentle starter routes, especially around the area of Sutton Coldfield. Many thanks in advance. Regards, Ollie |

If you get on it by the Tyburn pub, you can take the towpath to Fazeley past the Dog and Doublet at Marston Farm. It's about 10 miles in each direction and pretty decent towpath all the way. When I have time I'll post some more ideas. Richard |
