The best way I can describe it I guess is it's much the same as the aftermath of a tough rugby game. This wasn't seat related as I have done thousands of k's with no problem. I could ease the pain by standing in the pedals but any motion whilst seated caused a stabbing pain in the butt cheek. Anyway, got home, showered, sat down for a few minutes and pretty much seized up on the left side. Some 8 hours later, the pain remains but not as harsh. Any ideas? |

I started having the symptoms you discribe and found out i had disc problems, ended up having spinal surgery having 2 discs removed and my lower spine fused. I hope your problem isn't that bad,but its worth the peice of mind! On the plus side i'm fit and well and can still put in the miles without ant pain! Good luck! |
