Its getting worse, I think its to do with the trainers i used and think ive strained it or something. Anyone else had this problem and any answers? when i walk it hurts as well, quite bad. |

So I bought a pair of cycling shoes from Aldi. I do not have cleats, but they are quite trainer like, but they have quite a rigid sole, this helps spread the load better and it has helped me. |

It's worse when I get up in the morning after a nights sleep but eases off after 10 minutes or so. It was diagnosed as 'Plantar Fasciitis'. There is little they can do for it but they say it will go away but could take as long as two years. I'm not saying this is what you have but you can read more on: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plantar_fasciitis |
