how do you get the pedals off my bike

Use some penetrating oil to help loosen them off. Details also on Park Tool website. HTH. Paul |

Joined: 23 Aug 2009 Posts: 29 Bike: My Profile | I usually find that a 15mm spanner given a good crack with a 2lb hammer losens them off quick enough. Remember though right hand pedal = right hand tread; left hand pedal = left hand thread, get it wrong and you'll just tighten them up more. When you put them back on use a smear of anti-sieze compound and you'll never have trouble again. |
