BHF South Wales Bike Ride

Join over 1000 cyclists at this fantastic event in South Wales. Choose between 3 routes that will take you around Swansea and the Gower Peninsula. With the new 50 mile route proving to be very popular in 2011 there is really something for all ages and abilities. If however, you don’t fancy the distance and hills on this new route, why not continue with our 16 and 29 mile routes we have come to love over the years. The 16 mile route covers half its distance on a cycle path whilst the 29 mile route ventures further West towards the stunning Gower Coastline. The new 50 mile route will extend from the original route at the Fforest Fach junction, continuing onwards along the A483 and towards Penllergaer, From there it will take you towards Pontarddulais, Llanedi and back to Pontarddulais, where it then heads to Gorseinon, Loughor and back towards Waunarlwydd where it will join the existing route. Starting and finishing at the Recreation Ground Swansea, why not have fun, get fit and save lives with the BHF!
