The club has a Saturday run to Ingbirchworth, where a stop is taken at the cafe. This gives a 50 mile round trip run, which is taken at a reasonable tempo. There are also Sunday runs that can range from 50 to 70 miles in the winter, and 80 to 100 miles in the summer, taken at a higher tempo.
