This is a mountain bike shoe with a carbon mid sole that is compatible with 2-bolt SPD cleat systems.
They have engineered Micromatrix uppers that are lightweight, durable and supple fitting, with welded reinforcement in high wear panels.
They also have full length FACT carbon midsoles that are ultra-light and rigid, but have a small amount of flex engineered in the toes to reduce heel-lift during hike-a-bike sections.
The outsoles are durable thermoplastic with performance-enhancing BG contours, for confident traction, and BG+ high performance footbed.
