This is a 3/4 height shoe with a waterproof inner liner and neoprene cuff that makes it ideal for bad weather protection and is compatible with SPD cleats.
They have Metatarsal Buttons to reduce compression on the nerves and arteries and eliminate hot foot and numbness, minimal seams to reduce the risk of trail snagging and additional cold condition insulation in the toe box and around the SPD cleat area.
They also have a high performance BG footbed and an arch support that combine to give a better alignment of the knee over the foot, improving comfort while increasing efficiency.
