This is a great value MTB shoe that is compatible with all types of SPD, and suitable for racing or trail riding.
It has a breathable upper, a traditional 2 strap closure system integrated into a supporting structure, a tongue that embraces the foot perfectly and a supporting heel lift stop element in rigid polyurethane.
It also has double density sole construction that welds the natural rubber tread and the Zytel Dupont thermoplastic material/glass fiber component bottom together, giving good rigidity and excellent all-out sole grip.
