Shimano M545 Free-ride Pedals

This is a tough SPD pedal that has a pop-up binding mechanism for easy entry and release. This makes it ideal for all round use especially off-road riding.
It has a highly supportive pedal with a large alloy cage for greater foot stability, low maintenance sealed bearing cartridge axle and cleat tension adjustment.
The pedal can be used with normal shoes, as the binding is pushed flat and the resin cage supports the shoe.
