This is fixed output 13 w halogen front light lighting system, with a 6 cell Ni-Mh battery pack and Ni-Mh trickle charger, that provides up to 2 hours of run time.
It has a hook and loop Velcro-style strap system that enables it to be mounted on your bike in a variety of positions, and also comes with helmet and handlebar mounts.
It also has unique breakaway discs in the mount to prevent lamp damage in a crash and the whole system weighs 600 grams.
