Sixsixone Racebrace Ankle Support

This is a real ankle support, with nylon inserts, that is strong enough to protect the ankle, yet thin enough that it doesn't affect shoe fit.
It has a mesh construction for comfort with plastic stiffeners that provide protection from impact and twisting.
